Frequently Asked

Everything you'd reasonably want to know.

If we've missed something, contact [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

How are Employer Memberships priced?

Employer Memberships are priced per employee on an annual basis, with volume-based pricing tiers depending on workforce size and rollout structure. Indicative pricing is shared during the initial conversation.

Is there a minimum number of employees required?

Employer Memberships are designed for organisations of all sizes. Minimum thresholds depend on the membership structure agreed, and we'll confirm what works best for your workforce during the onboarding conversation.

How does annual billing work?

Memberships are typically billed annually in advance, with one consolidated invoice per organisation. We can also accommodate phased rollouts and quarterly billing structures where appropriate.

How long does employer rollout take?

From signed agreement to active employee access is typically two to four weeks, depending on workforce size and any internal communications planning your team requires.

How are employees onboarded?

Each approved employee receives a personalised welcome email with their EnergyCard membership details, access to the member platform and a guided introduction to the available benefit categories.

Which membership categories are included?

All workforce memberships include access to the full benefit suite — travel, training, PPE, insurance, retail, fitness, dining and everyday spending — across our growing partner ecosystem.

Can Employer Memberships be co-branded?

Yes. Larger workforce memberships can include co-branded employee communications, internal launch materials and a dedicated company landing page for staff onboarding.

When does EnergyCard officially launch?

EnergyCard is currently targeting public launch in Q4 2026. Founding workforce partners are being onboarded progressively ahead of wider member rollout.

What support do employers receive?

Every workforce account has a dedicated point of contact for onboarding, employee questions, reporting and ongoing account management throughout the membership term.
